FLORIDA TRUCK N ROLL SOLUTIONS LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or submit an inquiry, how that information is used, and the choices available to you.

This policy covers this website and the communications that follow from an inquiry submitted through it. It does not describe the practices of any third-party website you may reach from here.

By using this website you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or submit an inquiry.

Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form on this website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name, if you choose to provide one
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The type of inquiry you selected
• Any message you choose to write
• Whether you affirmatively opted in to receive text messages, and if so, the version of the consent wording shown to you and the date and time you opted in

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we also record the browser user-agent string, the page the form was submitted from, and any campaign parameters present in the web address (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).

What we do not store. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your inquiry. Your IP address is used transiently to apply rate limits and to complete the anti-bot check described below; what is retained with the record is a one-way cryptographic hash, which cannot be reversed back into an address.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or any other special category of personal information through this website, and you should not send such information to us using the inquiry form.

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and follow up about it
• Discuss, arrange, and coordinate transportation services in connection with your request
• Send you service-related communications about a request you have made
• Send text messages, but only if you separately and affirmatively opted in to receive them
• Keep records of communications consent, so that we can demonstrate what was agreed to and when
• Protect the website against spam, abuse, and automated submissions, and maintain its security and proper operation
• Understand, in aggregate, which campaigns bring visitors to the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

When you submit the inquiry form, you are asking us to contact you about that inquiry. We may reply by email or by telephone using the details you provided, for the purpose of responding to what you asked about.

Text messaging is separate. We send text messages only to people who have affirmatively opted in by checking the optional consent box on the inquiry form, or through another approved opt-in method. Submitting the form does not by itself opt you in to text messages, and providing a phone number does not by itself opt you in either.

This section describes how we treat mobile telephone numbers and SMS consent information specifically.

How you opt in

The consent box on our inquiry form is unchecked by default and must be checked by you. Consent is not a condition of submitting an inquiry, and it is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving any service. You can submit an inquiry and receive a reply without ever agreeing to text messages.

What we record

When you opt in, we record that you opted in, the exact version of the consent wording that was displayed to you, and the date and time. We keep this so that we can show what you agreed to if it is ever questioned.

What messages you may receive

If you opt in, messages may include replies to your inquiry, transportation updates, scheduling and coordination information, service notifications, and customer-care communications.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, and are set by your mobile carrier rather than by us.

How to stop

You may reply STOP to any message to opt out of further text messages. You may reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your inquiry, and we may still respond to you by email. Further detail is set out in our Terms & Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information relating to text messaging opt-in — including your mobile number and your SMS consent record — will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for that third party’s own marketing purposes.

There is one narrow exception, and it exists so the service can function at all: we use service providers that operate the website and deliver communications on our behalf, and mobile information may be processed by them strictly in order to provide those services to us. Those providers act on our instructions, are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing, and are described in the sections below. This exception does not permit sharing for marketing, and it does not permit onward sale.

Nothing elsewhere in this policy should be read as overriding this section with respect to mobile information and SMS consent data.

We share personal information only in the limited circumstances set out below.

Service providers. We use third-party providers to run this website and handle inquiries — currently a website hosting provider, a database provider that stores inquiry records, an email delivery provider that sends us the notification of your inquiry, and a bot-protection provider that checks form submissions. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions, for the purpose of providing those services to us.

Legal reasons. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request, or where it is necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, or a threat to the safety of any person.

Business transfers. If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any recipient would remain bound by the commitments in this policy, including the mobile information provision above.

With your direction. We may share information when you ask us to, or where it is necessary to arrange the transportation service you have requested.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through this website. The site is served over an encrypted connection, inquiry records are held in a database that is not publicly readable and is reachable only by the application’s server-side credentials, form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash.

No method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We therefore cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of information, and you send it to us understanding that.

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and to maintain a record of our business communications.

Records of communications consent — including the consent wording version and the timestamp — are kept for as long as we may need to demonstrate that consent was given, and for a reasonable period afterwards, including after an opt-out. This is deliberate: keeping the record of an opt-out is how we make sure a number that has opted out is not messaged again.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or retain it in a form that no longer identifies you.

You can:

• Choose not to submit the inquiry form at all
• Submit an inquiry without opting in to text messages
• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP
• Ask us to correct information you have given us that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete the information you submitted, subject to any records we are required to keep

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or national privacy law. We will honour rights that apply to you under the law governing your situation.

Text messages

Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will be opted out of further text messages. Reply HELP for assistance with the messaging programme.

Email

If we send you a non-essential email, it will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop emailing you by contacting us directly. We may still need to send you messages that relate directly to an inquiry or a service you have requested.

Telephone

You can ask us not to call you, and we will record that request against your details.

Withdrawing consent

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile is loaded when the inquiry form is displayed and is subject to Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

If web analytics is enabled on this site, it is used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns, and is subject to the analytics provider’s own privacy terms.

This website may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those websites, and this policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit.

This website is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.

Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the website after an update takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
